GraphQL: Deprecate CiRunnerUsageByProject.ciUsedMinutes in favor of ciDuration

What does this MR do and why?

This MR deprecates the CiRunnerUsageByProject.ciUsedMinutes GraphQL field in favor of ciDuration. This is to avoid confusion with the official CI Minutes part of the product.

NOTE: I missed the changes in this file when working on !167928 (merged), so created this follow-up to fix it.
