Productivity Analytics: Project filter dropdown fixes

What does this MR do?

This MR adds the following fixes for the project filter dropdown on the Productivity Analytics page:

• Adds a queryParams prop to the projects dropdown that allows the following:
  • Increase number of loaded projects via per_page to 50
  • Exclude forks from loaded projects via with_shared=false
• It passes groupId and projectId along with namespacePath and project when projectSelected is emitted.
• It sets groupId and projectId as data-attributes on the filtered search input field.

This is behind the productivity_analytics feature flag.
