How to set up and validate locally

1. Check out this branch
2. Ensure you have the reviewer_assign_drawer feature flag enabled
3. Create an MR approval rule with a long path in it
4. View an MR where that rule is applicable
5. Open the "Assign" panel in the reviewers widget on the MR
6. The long path should break to new line(s) instead of overflowing its parent's right edge and overlapping the Approvals count.
