Update CycloneDX 1.5 json schema with upstream

What does this MR do and why?

The version key it is not required on the upstream CycloneDX schema 1.5 but is on our vendored schema. It appears that this was a bug upstream that was fixed after we vendored the schema.

This MR updates the 1.5 shcema file to match with upstream changes
