How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch
  2. Go to a project's escalation policy settings page (e.g., http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/escalation_policies) and either create a new rule or edit an existing one
  3. You will see that the dropdowns do not overlap the adjacent text
