What does this MR do and why?

The prompts were migrated in:

• Prompt Migration: collaboration issue to for Co... (#473156 - closed)
• Prompt Migration: collaboration issue to for Co... (#473394 - closed)

The feature flag was enabled by default in %17.4

The disabled code can be removed now
