Remove all references of `use_web_ide_marketplace_enabled` column

What does this MR do and why?

This MR is the third and final step of the unused use_web_ide_extension_marketplace column cleanup. This includes removing the ignored column, as well as removing all references of it. This includes removing some deprecated GraphQL fields.

Removing all code references should be done in the first step... sorry about that 😓 I misread the documentation
