What does this MR do?

Addresses gitlab-org/quality/testcases#233 (closed)

  • Corrects target of a wiki HTTP push to the secondary node (instead of primary)
  • Adds check that HTTP push redirect from secondary node to primary node occurs
  • Adds page object for retrieving wiki clone locations via browser ui
  • Moves definition of wiki repository locations from WikiPush to Wiki resource
