What does this MR do and why?

Decreases font size of Resolved by... text on threads

Why?

  • De-emphasizing the text helps draw attention to the more important items (content, author etc)
  • Matches resolved text on design comments
  • Matches other instances of similar text
    • Edited descriptions/comments
    • Checklist items
