Removes the extra docs and updates the original BBM dictionary

What does this MR do and why?

RequeueResolveVulnerabilitiesForRemovedAnalyzers was requeued in !162691 (merged), and I mistakenly guided to created a new BBM. dictionary file instead of updating the original one.

So pushed the necessary change.
