How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. Go to any work item with a large number of notes/discussions
  2. See that the load time of workItemNotesByIid has slightly reduced
  3. Also , change the description of the work item. See that you are able to see the description diff in EE version but not in CE version
