What does this MR do and why?

The block padding on the query selector made performance bar content misaligned. The inline padding is also not necessary, as there is inline margin on adjacent elements.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch
  2. turn on the performance bar in the GDK (p b)
  3. You will see that the vertical alignment of items in the performance bar is correct
