Track usage data for analytics features

What does this MR do?

• Set up usage data counter for counting Productivity Analytics (show).
• Trigger page view increment when visiting PA (show) page and Cycle Analytics (show) pages.

Note: Usage data counter for CA was added in an earlier commit.
