Fix line height of CI status badge in job header
What does this MR do and why?
The <ci-icon> component is inheriting line height from a parent here,
but it shouldn't. This MR adds an explicit line height to this instance
of the component.

- Make sure you have at least one CI job somewhere in the GDK
- Visit the job detail page for that job
- You wills see that the job status badge in the header has the expected height (see After column above)
