What does this MR do and why?

Adds event definitions for these events that are already sent to Snowflake:

  • select_project_template_dotnetcore
  • select_project_template_plainhtml
  • select_project_template_laravel
  • select_project_template_plainhtml

These events were all introduced in 17.1 with this MR: !152942 (merged)
