MS Teams update MessageCard format to adaptive
What does this MR do and why?
Microsoft has announced that Office 365 connectors will be deprecated, and we need to migrate to Microsoft workflows to maintain Microsoft Teams integration.
To ensure compatibility with Microsoft workflows, the MessageCard format must be updated from the from (legacy) to Adaptive Card format.
