The document now includes instructions on how to add support for additional programming languages locally in JetBrains IDEs.

For JetBrains IDEs, users need to install and enable the GitLab plugin, complete the extension setup, and authorize the extension to access their GitLab account. They can then add the language identifiers for their desired languages, separated by commas, in the extension settings.
