Remove gl-new-card from failed jobs card

What does this MR do and why?

• Remove gl-new-card from failed jobs card in MR pipelines (more details in Migration: GlCard (gl-new-card variant) to Crud (#476988 - closed))
• Other small UI fixes: remove semibold styling, add additional space etc
