What does this MR do and why?

After an update from 17.0.2 to 17.2.0 or 17.2.1, the page call /admin/server_info displayed the error 500. I then opened the following ticket: #474279

With this change, the variable EXCLUDED_MOUNT_TYPES is extended by the entry “nsfs”, which fixes the error.
