Extend License Compliance entity for Pipelines and MR view

What does this MR do?

For these two new end points (not in use yet)

• http://<local_instance>/gitlab-org//pipelines/<pipeline_id>/licenses.json
• http://<local_instance>/gitlab-org//merge_requests/<mr_number>/license_management_reports.json

We extend json and add some fields for each entity (new fields are in rectangle)
