What does this MR do and why?

With feat(chat): add model metadata to chat endpoint (gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist!1008 - merged) merged, we can extend the v2 params with self-hosted model metadata to execute chat requests via new endpoint in AI Gateway: Execute chat requests via new endpoint in AI Ga...
