Check if all the zoekt scheduling tasks are working correctly together

What does this MR do and why?

All the SchedulingService tasks are in place. We don't need any hardcoding for the states now. This will automatically handled by all the tasks now. We need to enable FF zoekt_initial_indexing_task when this gets merged.
