What does this MR do and why?

GitLab Advanced SAST is transitioning from Experiment to Beta.

As a Beta feature, customers expect it to be included in the latest SAST CI template.
Also, we are adding support for 2 additional languages (Go and Java).

  • Add Go and Java to the documentation template (for opt-in)
  • Add gitlab-advanced-sast in SAST.latest.gitlab-ci.yml (with Go and Java enabled)
