How to set up and validate locally

• Choose a group on your local instance
• Open Secure > Compliance center > Standards adhrerence
• click items in Group by dropdown - there should be no errors in console

(Note: you might see that they require double click to actually close - this is known and tracked in fix(disclosure-dropdown): correctly close on it... (gitlab-ui!4376) )
