How to set up and validate locally

  1. Click Help menu, see Compare GitLab plans entry
  2. Go to Admin->Settings->General->Customer experience improvement and third-party offers
  3. Check Do not display content for customer experience improvement and offers from third parties
  4. Save
  5. Click Help menu, Compare GitLab plans is not available
