This MR adds a "or" text between the Rules sections when adding multiple rules in the Merge request approval policy page.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Select a project
2. Left hand sidebar, select Secure<Policies
3. Click on 'New policy'
4. Click on 'Select policy' under Merge request approval policy
5. Click 'Add a new rule'
6. You should see the text 'or' in between sections
