What does this MR do and why?
WorkItem: Change RolledupDates to be StartAndDueDate EE extension
Currently we have two WorkItem widgets to handle dates fields, which causes confusion about the Single Source of Truth and how the data is manipulated.
To simplify that, it was decided that the StartAndDueDate will be the only widget to handle WorkItem dates fields.
