Draft: Introduce Architecture as Code
What does this MR do and why?
Introduce Architecture as Code
With this change, we introduce a new way to organize GitLab's architecture. The complexity of GitLab has reach a point where having a single diagram is not viable anymore in terms of maintenance as well as consumption. By breaking down the architecture in software systems, we adopt industry terminology and make diagrams more consistent by leverage Architecture as Code with the C4 model, we provide a unified way to present the different parts of our architecture.
