Rewrite label, property and value description to additional_properties (ee)

What does this MR do and why?

Rewrites label_description, property_description and value_description to the format.

additional_properties:
   label:
      description: ...
   property:
      description: ...
   value:
      description: ...

This MR updates all event definitions in ee/config but not config which is done in a separate MR.

All empty label_description, property_description and value_description values will be removed in a separate MR as well.
