Hide warnings produced by parser and octokit, update fog-google gem

What does this MR do and why?

• Remove parser warning like - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/7242217537#L37
• Hide warning produced by octokit to install faraday-multipart gem which is only needed for functionality that we don't use
• Manually bump fog-google version because it is currently ignored by renovate
