What does this MR do and why?

To make it clear to the end user that there are more environments than listed Show all CTA has been moved to the bottom of the folder and a descriptive message has been added.

Update related spec file.

Update pot file.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Run gdk .
  2. Navigate to <project> > Operate > Environments .
  3. Using a folder name format create up to 3 environments. The message and a link should not be shown.
  4. Add more environments under a created folder (> 3). The message and a link should be shown.
