Enable users that have access to Duo Chat to access Chat outside of their organization.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Log in as admin to your local GDK instance.
  2. Visit a project that has Duo Chat enabled.
  3. From the left menu navigate to Manage->Members and check which guest users have access to the project.
  4. Login as one of the users.

Without the change

  • When on the project with Duo Chat access, the Duo Chat button is visible.
  • When navigating to a different project without Duo Chat access, the Duo Chat button is not visible.

With the change

  • When on the project with Duo Chat access, the Duo Chat button is visible.
  • When navigating to a different project, the Duo Chat button is visible.
