Add new layout for trial flow

What does this MR do?

This MR adds:

• new header with indigo-900 color;
• GitLab's logo (tanuki)

This MR is the part of ongoing work for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/13233 There is no correspondent MR for CE version.
