Run AI related rspec when AI Gateway image is updated

What does this MR do and why?

When I switched to git-tag instead of latest, I overlooked that it was actually an old image that didn't include a fix.

Now we started using renovate for updating the image tag. To prevent overlooking, we should run AI related spec in the MR created by renovator bot.
