Resolve "Show the paths for groups in productivity analytics"

What does this MR do?

This is a follow up to our productivity analytics MVC. It shows the full path for groups/subgroups and highlights the relevant part of the path in the the groups dropdown:

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
