Fix avatar url path on organization switcher
What does this MR do and why?
In cases with multiple organizations, our organization switcher is not displaying avatars correctly. We are currently addressing this bug.

How to set up and validate locally
- Checkout the branch
- Join a few organizations and upload avatar to them
- Verify that avatars are displayed correctly in the organization switcher
