Display full name for group project templates

What does this MR do?

When creating a new project from custom group-level project templates it is not clear which parent group is associated with project templates' group. It might be confusing for users that have move than one templates group, all named Templates.

This MR changes group name to include full name, which will have a parent group displayed.
