Transition Subscription Add-on docs page to GitLab Duo Pro

Courtney Meddaugh requested to merge courtmeddaugh-master-patch-8275 into master

What does this MR do and why?

This page re-vamps the current Subscription add-ons doc page: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/subscriptions/subscription-add-ons.html

Today this page is "intended" to be for all Subscription add-ons, but the page content only covers GitLab Duo Pro, and does so extensively. So I'd like to recommend we rename this page to GitLab Duo Pro add-on for ease of locating and clarity of what is covered here. In addition, this MR:

  1. Suggests some page re-formatting (for ex. grouping the Purchase seats sections together)
  2. Switches group ownership from groupsubscription management to groupprovision. groupsubscription management owns the purchasing of additional seats, but all other pieces of functionality (the majority of the page) are owned by groupprovision
  3. Swaps the Subscription Name screenshot from showing a GitLab.com subscription to showing a SM subscription (more relevant since this is for SM trials only)
  4. Some other text-based tweaks to this page
