What does this MR do and why?

Removes an unused event that is causing confusion from internal events.

As confirmed in gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist#428 (comment 1909399165) this event or resulting metrics are currently not used in any dashboards. Rather direct events from AI gateway and the Extensions are used.

The endpoint this event is being tracked from also won't be a reliable tracking source any longer since it's not being hit by all code suggestions requests any more as pointed out in gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist#428 (closed)
