Revert "Merge branch 'mokhax/cleanup-clusters-agent-policy' into 'master'"
This reverts merge request !153021 (merged)
Reason for reverting:
- The merged MR has introduced conflicts in the following MRs that were close to being merged
- The crux of the original MR(the one being reverted here) is the restructuring of the policies to follow the existing conventions. However, this topic was still under discussion in the multiple threads(here and here), so its very odd that a MR was merged in while discussions were unresolved without notifying the participants.
