Updates the styling of the compliance framework drawer.

Mostly styling changes to margins/paddings. Also removing accordions.

How to set up and validate locally
- Ensure you have an Ultimate license
- In a top-level group navigate to "Secure -> Compliance Center", select on Framework tab
- Select "New framework" to add new Frameworks, then use the Projects tab to assign them to projects within the group
- Select a row on Framework report tab, verify in the drawer
