Mermaid linting is not a separate job
What does this MR do?
In !151084 (merged) I needed to check the results of our mermaid linting. The instructions in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/documentation/testing/#tests-in-mermaidlint were wrong - we don't have a separate mermaidlint
job. It runs as part of lint-doc.sh
script in the docs-lint markdown
job, instead.
This MR corrects the information, and changes the nesting to put the mermaid linting info as a child subheading of Tests in lint-doc.sh

If you are a GitLab team member and only adding documentation, do not add any of the following labels:

These labels cause the MR to be added to code verification QA issues.

. -
The headings (other than the page title) should be active. Instead of Configuring GDK

. -
Any task steps should be written as a numbered list. - If the content still needs to be edited for topic types, you can create a follow-up issue with the docs-technical-debt label.
