What does this MR do and why?

⚠ This is a breaking change that must be merged and deploy during an upcoming breaking change window.

Removed old jobs from Jobs/Dependency-Scanning.gitlab-ci.yml that are no longer used since 15.0

Removal from Jobs/Dependency-Scanning.latest.gitlab-ci.yml has already been done with !141733 (merged) as it was not a breaking chaneg
