Update the global search users results page
What does this MR do and why?
- Puts users results in
table - Add recent activity/created date info match other users lists (project members, admin members etc)

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to global search (ie http://127.0.0.1:3000/search)
- Search for a user (it might be helpful to create a bunch of users with the same name)

- Enable elasticsearch to see the advanced search options
