Upgrade sentry to 5.14.0

What does this MR do and why?

This MR involves upgrading the Sentry gems to version 5.14.0.

Previously, in an upgrade to version 5.11.0, there was a breaking change related to IPV6 parsing. Consequently, we reverted this change.

Now, the issue with IPV6 parsing has been resolved in version 5.14.0 .

Therefore, we have decided to upgrade directly to this version.
