Add semantic versioning to word list

What does this MR do and why?

This question in the #docs channel made me realize we don't have any explicit guidance for how to talk about semantic versioning in our docs:

We have a question about how to document Package versions - should it be v1.0.0 or v 1.0.0?

This MR adds the words version, v to the word list.
