Longer title for Disable GitLab Duo features to fix links from comms
What does this MR do and why?
Hi @sselhorn, this change accidentally overwrote this MR's improvement. But I think it was intentionally the longer title to make clear that this about the data vs. the above section that is about giving access to users.
The bigger problem is that our comms links to the longer title:
