Change final default value of show_diff_preview_message

A previous merge request (Change default value of show_diff_preview_message (!149451 - merged)) changed the default value of the show_diff_preview_message value for the HTML-based emails. Now, do the same for the text based emails.

This fixes #456342 (closed)
