What does this MR do and why?

As part of the migration of legacy data types to SSF we deprecated the legacy replication details routes and added redirects for the following routes:

  • /admin/geo/replication/designs
  • /admin/geo/replication/projects

This MR removes the legacy replication details routes redirection.
