This removes internal_events_for_product_analytics feature flag, and keeps the new code, because the changes have been stable for several months now.

Also, this helps us understand https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/analytics-section/product-analytics/analytics-stack/-/issues/151 better thanks to less code complexity in Internal Events.
